DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

Introduction

PrimeMusic.ng respects the intellectual property rights of artists, labels, and other music industry professionals. We comply with the DMCA and have implemented a notice and takedown procedure to address copyright infringement claims.

Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied or used on PrimeMusic in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, PrimeMusic will:

- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who uploaded the material of the removal
- Provide the user with information on how to file a counter-notice (if applicable)

Counter-Notice Procedure

If a user believes that their material was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may file a counter-notice with PrimeMusic. The counter-notice must contain:

- A physical or electronic signature of the user
- Identification of the material removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- The user's contact information (address, phone number, and email)
